Board of Directors & Staff

The Treasure Valley Canopy Network was recognized as an Idaho non-profit 501(c)3 organization in April 2021. The Board of Directors is composed of Network Contributing members and provides sound governance, financial oversight and strategic direction to the staff of the Network.

  • President - Adam Mancini

    Adam Mancini has been working with the City of Nampa Parks and Forestry Division since 2015 as an ISA Certified Arborist. His commitment to the urban forest and dedication to sustainable tree care has led him to his current position as City Forester. His passion involves working with industry professionals alike to educate the public and city officials of the value that trees provide within an urban forest. He dedicates many hours helping to plan for the future of Nampa’s urban forest and beautifying the city’s parks and public spaces. He is responsible for the community service program and working with local volunteer groups large and small that generously give back to Nampa’s parks and urban forest.

  • Vice President - Kim Siegenthaler

    Kim is a Principal Partner Landscape Architect at Jensen Belts Associates. She has enjoyed creating community-oriented public spaces around Boise and the Treasure Valley, focusing on urban design and large-scale park planning and implementation.  Kim has a passion for high-desert trees and plants, using her knowledgeable plant material background to help create the Treasure Valley Tree Selection Guide. Outside of work, Kim enjoys hikes in the Boise Foothills with her family and spending time in her garden.

  • Treasurer - Holly Lostra

    After earning her bachelor’s degree in Horticulture from Boise State University, Holly Lostra began her career at Jayker Re-Wholesale Nursery in 2006 starting in sales.  In 2013, she transitioned into the role of buyer. With a passion for trees and shrubs that thrive in the Treasure Valley; she has been privileged to contribute to the ongoing broadening of landscaping choices in the area. As a certified Nursery Professional and Plant Diagnostician, Holly loves to spend her time going all over the valley diagnosing tree health issues for her customers and friends.

  • Secretary - Traci Swift

    Traci Swift is the Marketing and Outreach Specialist for The Nature Conservancy in Idaho. She helps connect people to conservation through managing TNC’s social media channels, organizing their volunteer program, and building community partnerships. Passionate about both education and nature, Traci likes to find ways to combine the two in fun and creative ways, like building beaver dams with preschoolers, and their grandparents. When not working, Traci can be found spending time with friends, family and volunteering in the community.

  • Director At-Large - Kylie Bolland

    As the General Manager of Lost Grove Brewing, Kylie Bolland is responsible for overseeing the company in its mission to strive for the best sustainable and socially responsible practices. Along with building a creative partnership with the Treasure Valley Canopy Network to explore ways Lost Grove can further support local sustainability and green initiatives, Kylie has also led the charge in helping Lost Grove become the first Certified B-Corp brewery in Idaho. When she’s not at the brewery, Kylie loves to travel, cook, read, and has recently taken up fly fishing.

  • Director At-Large - Mike Andrews

    Mike is Boise’s City Forester and long-time partner and supporter of The Network. As Boise’s City Forester, Mike oversees the staff of Boise’s Community Forestry and Right-of-Way Divisions, caring for trees and landscapes in Boise’s public spaces. Mike enjoys doing almost any outdoor activity, but in particular he enjoys hiking, biking, golfing, skiing, running and especially rafting with his wife Lauren and their dog Joni.

  • Executive Director – Lance Davisson

    Lance is Owner / Principal Consultant at The Keystone Concept and has provided facilitation and program development for the Treasure Valley Canopy Network (Network) since its establishment in 2014. In addition to serving our local community and the green industry through team building and leadership, Lance enjoys camping, backpacking, mountain biking and whitewater rafting across the NW with his family and friends.

  • Program Director - Emma Stammer

    Emma supports Treasure Valley Canopy Network as our full-time Programs Director. She brings to the position a strong background in nonprofit management, environmental education, urban forestry, and community engagement. Emma is an enthusiastic member of our team who enjoys working together with partners to build a lasting impact in her community.
